Applications for our vacancies can be made by emailing recruitment@sure.com alternatively, if you wish to apply for a particular role, review the job description, and click the “Apply now” section.
Candidates can submit a speculative application for us to keep on file, however in order to comply with GDPR, you will be required to confirm your approval for us to keep this application on file for 6 months. Once this date has passed, if you continue to want your application to remain on file for an opportunity you will be required to resubmit this.
In line with GDPR, your application will be kept on file for no longer than 6 months.
When you submit your application, you will receive an email advising that if you do not hear from us within 14 days of the closing date, the decision has been made not to progress your application. If you would like further feedback on why your application has not been progressed, do contact the HR team on recruitment@sure.com
All of our vacancies are advertised with a closing date. Once the closing date has passed your application will be sent onto the Recruitment Manager for shortlist, and if you hold the required skills and experience you will be invited to attend an interview. Due to our locations, this interview may be face to face, over Teams or Video Conference. If you are successful if your application and interview, we will contact you with an offer, and if accepted issue a contract. If you have not received a response from us within 14 days of the closing date, the decision has been made not to progress your application.
Within your cover email include the details of the Sure employee that referred you for the role.

We use a competency-based scoring grid for all of other interviews based on the essential and desirable person specification criteria outlined in the job description. Where one element is particularly important to the role, this may be weighted in the scoring. The candidates should be asked the same questions relevant to the job and the person specification criteria.
All employees are Sure will be required to provide a satisfactory police check, and two satisfactory references. In addition to this, a qualification check will be completed on any qualifications relevant to the role. If you have been offered an opportunity in our Service Operating Centre a further Finance check will be completed through Integricheck to client’s requirements.
