We are looking to recruit a Service Manager in Jersey working 37.5 hours per week.

 

The successful applicant will be responsible for the service relationship with Enterprise customers, whilst ensuring that Enterprise Customer satisfaction is high and that customers have an excellent experience both from the people at Sure and the services we provide. The successful applicant will work closely with our Sales and Professional Services teams to ensure that Sure is attentive to all the needs of our Enterprise Customers; being Professional, Proactive and Personable in every interaction.

Candidates must be able to multitask and manage their workload and be able to self-motivate to work independently, alongside working closely as a team. Knowledge on Microsoft, and Microsoft Excel in particular is essential for this role.
