We are looking to recruit a Senior Enterprise Support Engineer in Guernsey, Jersey or Isle of Man working 37.5 hours per week.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the operational delivery of Sure’s portfolio of enterprise managed services, including but not limited to managed networks, managed firewalls, managed operating system, and various managed cloud services. The successful applicant will be expected to help in the development of colleagues and deputise for the Enterprise Support Manager as required, and demonstrate technical skill set by acting as a senior escalation point for incidents, root cause analysis, service requests, and by executing changes across the estates of Sure Managed Services customers.

Candidates must have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, hold a Cisco CCNA qualification, be able to demonstrate experience of working with; IP routing, firewall rules, NAT and VPNs, in addition to also having strong communication and customer service skills.
Please note the successful applicant will be required to join a callout rota in order to provide out of hours cover that includes nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
