Feel Connected to the future at Sure by joining the Internal Systems and Security Operations team as an IT Services Technician in Guernsey or Jersey working 37.5 hours per week.
To drive the role forward, the individual will demonstrate experience of deploying and managing endpoints via SCCM and Microsoft Intune including Hybrid joined devices and will ideally hold relevant qualifications in computer science, networking, or information security. Sure, has a strong customer centric service culture which will come naturally to candidates. The successful IT Services Technician will be responsible for deploying and managing Sure endpoints; assisting with the design and repackaging of updates and baseline builds and assist with OS and application patch management amongst other duties.

- Experience of supporting Office 365, Exchange Online and Azure Active Directory
- Experience of deploying and managing public cloud services within Azure
- Experience managing Microsoft SQL databases
- Ability to communicate effectively with external parties and staff at all levels.
