We are looking to recruit a HR Officer in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man.
The successful applicant will be required to deliver all aspects of HR administration in a timely and accurate manner. As part of the HR Team, the candidate will provide a professional, proactive and collaborative HR Generalist service to the line management and colleague population across the Guernsey, Jersey and IOM jurisdictions. In addition to this, the candidate will provide ad-hoc support to the HR & Administration Manager across South Atlantic and Diego Garcia.
As well as portraying our Company values; One Team, Customer Driven, Trust and Simplicity, the successful candidate will be Assoc CIPD qualified and have a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial organisation. Applicants must have excellent organisational, a keen eye for attention to detail, time management skills, and excellent communication skills with the confidence to communicate with all levels of staff and customers. The successful candidate will be required to work on their own initiative, whilst being a good team player who is prepared to ‘muck in’ when required.
