Sure is proud to be rolling out Guernsey’s next-generation fibre broadband network, and we’re looking for enthusiastic people to join our team of FTTP Installation Technicians. If you’re excited about working with the latest technology, enjoy hands-on work, and love the idea of helping customers get connected, this could be the perfect role for you. Full training is provided, so all you need is the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing fibre broadband and phone services in homes and businesses. You’ll guide customers through the process, every step of the way. From neatly installing cables and equipment, to configuring routers and wiring telephone sockets, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring fibre broadband services
Ensuring all installations are neat, tidy, and customer-approved
Providing friendly, clear communication with customers to ensure their needs are met
Problem-solving and ensuring equipment is fully functional
What We’re Looking For: No previous experience is necessary—we’re seeking people who are passionate about technology, love working with their hands, and take pride in delivering excellent service. If you’re comfortable working outdoors, have a can-do attitude, and enjoy working in a team, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll need a full driving licence, and we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
