We are looking to recruit a number of Customer Support Officers based in Guernsey and Isle of Man on a shift rota basis to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Full-time and part-time positions available
The applicant will be required to assist customers with general and technical enquiries by providing support on products and services including Sales, Service, Provisioning, Billing, Payments, Faults, Assist Conference Bureau and Mobile helpdesk. In addition to this, you will be required to provide technical support on fault finding on mobile and broadband services, as well as working with the engineering teams to resolve faults. The successful candidate will provide routine administration to registrations, data input and maintenance as well as reporting.
As well as portraying our Company values; One Team, Customer Driven, Trust and Simplicity, the successful candidate will have excellent telephone manner and listening skills and experience of Customer Service. Applicants must have strong technical knowledge to support broadband, mobile and home phone problem solving.
