We are looking to recruit a Customer Support Team leader based in Isle of Man. This is a full-time role, on a shift rota basis to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. 

We are looking an individual who will support the customer support manager in the efficient running of the contact centre. We are looking for someone to lead a team of agents which involves delivering training, conducting 121’s, offering feedback and coaching, whilst playing an active role in the team’s development. The Customer Support Centre Team Leader will be a role model and lead by example, handling customer enquiries through telephone calls, webforms and email.

You will be articulate, able to communicate clearly and explain complex matters in simple terms.  You will strive to provide excellence in every customer interaction by taking ownership and making the customer your priority.  You pride yourself on making sure that customers feel satisfied with full confidence in our ability to meet their needs both now and in the future. 

You’re a team player and work well with others, you’re enthusiastic, creative when solving problems and always looking for new ways to improve what you do.  You have an excellent telephone manner and ability to listen and empathise with customers. If this sounds like you, get in touch today!

If you’ve worked in a customer service role previously that would be an advantage, as would having some technical aptitude, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
