We are looking to recruit a Customer Support Centre Manager in Guernsey.

The successful applicant will be responsible for effective management and leadership of the customer support centre (CSC) to ensure a timely, efficient, accurate & high quality customer service experience;  whilst being responsible for the provision of customer support for billing enquiries, sales and general issues, IP and mobile support, against customer expectations and within service level standards. 

As well as portraying our Company values; One Team, Customer Driven, Trust and Simplicity, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years proven experience of managing and leading a team of customer service professionals, holding excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach; able to work with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external to the Sure business.  Applicants will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, curious, comfortable challenging the status quo; be highly driven and self-motivated with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
