We are looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors based in Guernsey and Isle of Man, on a shift rota basis to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
We’re looking for people who can provide an efficient and professional service to customers over the phone or online. You will provide support and advice on a range of customer issues including technical and general enquiries, sales and service support.
You will be articulate, able to communicate clearly and explain complex matters in simple terms. You will strive to provide excellence in every customer interaction by taking ownership and making the customer your priority. You pride yourself on making sure that customers feel satisfied with full confidence in our ability to meet their needs both now and in the future.
You’re a team player and work well with others, you’re enthusiastic, creative when solving problems and always looking for new ways to improve what you do. You have an excellent telephone manner and ability to listen and empathise with customers.
If you’ve worked in a customer service role previously that would be an advantage, as would having some technical aptitude, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
